Christian Growth Checklist (CGC)
This self-assessment helps a mentor (disciple builder) and a disciple systematically evaluate where the disciple is in his development of 1) biblical knowledge and ministry skills and 2) emotional health and relational skills. The goal is to give clear information about what content, skills, and abilities the disciple presently has and the ones he still needs to develop.
